1. Order Processing
1.1 FINDGOD aims for next-day (business day) fulfilment on all garments ordered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. For domestic shipments, please allow 2-5 days for arrival (1). Please allow 2-3 days for sticker packs to be fulfilled. Tracking numbers are not available on sticker packs.

2. Return Policy
2.1 All FINDGOD garments are designed, produced, and packaged here in New Zealand. Due to our hands-on manufacturing process, there may be mistakes that slip through our system. If you receive a defective product or the incorrect size, please email us immediately so we can resolve this problem for you. Our team will be in contact to walk you through the process of returning and replacing your garment/s. These costs will be incurred by us.
2.2 FINDGOD has a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all garments sold. If you want to return an item for any reason, please send an email to info@findgod.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your delivery to begin the return process. You will be contacted by our team and asked to ship the garment/s to our return address for inspection. If all is in order, you will be refunded for the items returned.
2.3 Please allow 5 - 7 working days for the full process to be completed. The original shipping cost and costs involved in returning the garment/s will not be refunded.
2.4 Please return all garments in their original, unworn condition, folded carefully, and placed inside original packaging. All goods must then be suitably packaged so they are not damaged in transit. FINDGOD reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if garments are not returned in original condition.
3. Exchange Policy
3.1 If you wish to exchange your product for another size, colour or collection, our process is very simple. You will be asked to return your item through the process specified above and will be given a full refund on the products returned. You can then browse the site and place another order with us for the desired products.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1 FINDGOD, respects customers' privacy and will not share personal information with any outside affiliates. Customer information is stored to ensure proper email communication and delivery of order. All information is kept safe and encrypted. Cookies are used solely for site operation and are encrypted.
